We did it again – we did burgers on the grill.
I have to admit that once again, I made them too thick. You’d think I would’ve learned after doing this once already!
Another thing I would probably do differently next time is get actual hamburger buns because the ciabatta buns I got were too tough to bite through for little kids’ teeth.
But the bacon from Farmtown Meats was perfect for the grill! Lots of meat that crisped up just beautifully.
In spite of my couple complaints (issues that I had total control over – but made poor choices about) the burgers were pretty amazing tasting.
