Everyone we meet in the store is happy to see us, marvels at the twins and they make us feel ever-so-welcome. When we get to the cashier another person typically rushes over to help us load our purchases into the buggy and ask questions about the twins.
It is not so much what they do to help us, but their friendly attitude and the way they want to help. I like it. A lot.
