I discovered another one pot wonder pasta dish – the creamiest mac and cheese you can ever imagine!

This stuff is so delicious, so easy to make, and the best part – even my kidlets would eat it!!
All I did was pour 3 cups of macaroni noodles (I used gluten free macaroni noodles), 2 1/4 cups of water, and 2 1/4 cups of milk into a pot. I brought it to a boil and then let it cook for five or six minutes, stirring continuously.

Once the liquids were cooked into the macaroni noodles I folded in a cup and a half of grated cheddar cheese, a tablespoon of grainy dijon mustard, and a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce.

Pure awesome, creamy mac and cheese. Done in one pot in less than 15 minutes.
If you look closely in the first photo, you can see chunks of red in the bowl of mac and cheese. My local green grocer had red peppers on sale so I sautéed two of them in my new Gotham Steel pan and then folded them into the mac and cheese just before serving.
