Fermented Buckwheat Loaf Pt 2

We tried the fermented buck wheat loaf with 3 cups of buckwheat this time.

The 2 cup buckwheat fermented loaf calls for a half teaspoon of salt. We doubled the salt to 1 teaspoon for 3 cups of buckwheat and it still could’ve used a little bit more. Of course that is just personal taste.

It is also important to remember that salt can and does interfere with the fermentation process. In other words tread carefully with how much salt you’re adding to the fermentation.

We went for the 3 cup of buckwheat because we wanted to make a taller loaf. That was a success.
