One of my earliest memories of how wonderful and refreshing coffee can be was from when I was just 8 or 9 years old and my father took me on a very late night drive from our family farm down to the city, a couple of hours away.

Even now, coffee continues play a significant role in my life – as the father of twin daughters who didn’t sleep for the first two years of their life, how could coffee not have a significant supporting role in my life?
Before anyone else in the house is awake, I go to the kitchen and make the first pot of coffee of the day.
