Ideas for free

Okay, just a quick hit here to giveaway two brilliant ideas for free.
First, why don’t the people or businesses that pave roads grind up used tires and use some of that ground up rubber in the asphalt they put on the roads? Society would be getting rid of some of the millions of used tires and I really think it would make the roads more durable.
And the second one…evades me at this time. Trust me, it was freaking brilliant and would make a load of money for someone. Now if only I could remember what it was…
