Here’s today’s foodie tip; if you need meatballs in a hurry you can take fat/thick sausages and cut them into 1 inch chunks and you then have perfect little meatballs.
If you like spicy meatballs take some spicy Italian sausages, cut them into 1 inch chunks and boom there’s a meatball.
Throw some onions in a pan with some butter, sauté them till they’re translucent and then add the slices of sausage. Cook them and voila, you have meatballs.
Add your tomato sauce and you’ve got a perfect meatball and tomato sauce.
