So we called the Sears 1-800 number…and Sears earned a big fat FAIL this morning. The offer to “make things better” was to offer us another free sitting. Fabulous except we bought the package the first time we went into Sears that waives all future sitting fees. Ah, but this offer includes three free sheets. Sheets are the 8×10 pages that the pictures come on.
All we really wanted was to receive the photos we purchased in a timely fashion with some semblance of quality present in their production. Is that really so much to ask? So we have our August sitting photos going back to St Louis (Sears photo printing center) for the third time to try and get the picture right.
Zero out of five stars for this kind of customer satisfaction. Never again Sears, never again.
