I had the opportunity to try a bowl of ramen @horinramen yesterday evening while downtown Vancouver.
The ramen was very good. Beautiful firm noodles (as I requested), deliciously creamy slices of pork, spicy broth, and an absolutely blissful soft boiled egg.
A perfect bowl of comfort food.

I baked a small fruit tart in my @scanpan_official pan purchased @houseofknives and even though it had a very sugary syrup like filling, after baking, it slid out of the pan without a hint of sticking. Winning!
