A couple weekends ago I smoked a beauty of a brisket in my ugly drum smoker.
Well the truth is before you can smoke a brisket, there’s a lot of prep to do with the brisket.
I had my camera crew (that’s my kids) film me trimming the brisket. It’s basically just me cutting off the fat. You know, trim the fat, so to speak.
The music in the video? That’s just me noodling around on the guitar.
Actually I’m kidding, it’s just the music that YouTube makes available for people who upload videos. I thought it would be more fun for you to listen to the guitar music than to hear me barking camera directions!
