The Scandohoovian get up reminds me of another move called the ‘western roll’. Same origin maybe? Next time I’d like you and the bear skin to demo the Turkish get up–just for comparison. It looks to me that instead of busting a gut one might ‘bust’ their knees. The Scandohoovian is surely a young man’s game.
