You have to admire the moxy of a restaurant that serves up rabbit stew on Easter Sunday – you know, the Easter Bunny and all that stuff.
Regardless, the 293 Wallace Restaurant in Hope BC decided to serve up rabbit stew and it was delicious. The chunks of rabbit meat were tender to bite through and yet firm chunks – does that make sense?
