In the winter Vancouver and surrounding cities had the Hot Chocolate Festival. now that it is hot outside, it is time for Koolfest – hot chocolate drinks on ice.
Today the kid and I tried Doughnut Love’s S’more’s Iced Hot Chocolate.
This is not really your kids hot chocolate. This is a decadent and delicious creation.
The richest chocolate milk with 1883 toasted marshmallow syrup. Did I say decadent? On top of the drink is the creamiest swirl of house made marshmallow fluff you can imagine. Just before serving they take a little flamethrower to it to add another layer of flavour.
Oh yeah, there’s also a house made graham cracker cookie that’s been dipped in Callebaut milk chocolate.
Yeah, it is good. I did share it with my kid.
