My adventures with my new grill continue. This evening I grilled a whole chicken!
In the photo below, the bird is sitting in a tinfoil pie plate; I did this to prevent the grill from flaring up and burning the outside of the chicken.
After about 45 minutes I took the bird out of the pie plate and placed it directly on the grill to let the heat hit the bird directly.
Even if do say so myself, this grilled bird was awesome!! Although the skin wasn’t as crispy as I would like, the inside of the chicken was super moist and very flavourful.
