When constructing sandwiches it is important to make sure that you have meat coverage in your sandwiches from coast to coast on the bread you are working with.
To accomplish “coast to coast meat coverage”, simply fold your chosen cold cut in half to form semi-circles. Then place the slices of cold cuts onto your bread with the straight edge to the outside of the bread as in the photo below.

Another technique I use when building a sandwich is to put the meat on one slice of the bread and then cheese on the other slice so that the tomato slices do not make the bread soggy too quickly.
