On Thursday, June 5, 2014 all School District 43 students will be out of school due to the teachers’ rotating strike. So on that date, the City of Coquitlam will be offering full day camps to offer kids activities to keep them thinking and learning on the day when they aren’t in school.
The first full day camp will be held at the Pinetree Community Centre and will have sports, science, crafts and other games for kids 6-12 years of age.

The other day camp, called Kids on the Move, will be held at the Poirier Community Centre and is for kids 7-12 years of age. This camp will involve a fun day of games, swimming and other activities.
