Here’s an interesting thought. All throughout time, when you are being “sold” something, the people doing the selling will tell you that what they are selling is “state of the art”.
You know that ratty old car on the road? When someone bought it, years ago, they were told that it was state of the art.
That wonderful insulation in your attic and around your pipes? State of the art.
Where am I going with this? Not sure. Just be aware that what you’re buying may actually soon be less than state of the art.
