I spent the morning with the family at the beach in Poi’Pu. We did a little sandcastle building today.
I got bored of just sitting on the beach so, with Blonde Bear and Brown Bear helping me, I decided to build a bit of a sand-sculpture.
It took us longer than we had anticipated but, we were pleased withe the end result.
Not bad…for a first time effort.
However I suspect the twins did most of the work.

I like the way you brought in new vegetation as well to give it that authentic look!
Sculpturing aside, that first picture looks like an amazing holiday … one that I could use right about now!
Part of the success in building sandcastles is the attention to detail, like bringing in vegetation to augment the sculpture.
