The one question I get asked the more often than any other is, what is the most obvious difference between living in the suburbs as opposed to living in the city.

Montreal-style. Boiled and then baked in a wood-fired oven. Open 24 hours a day so if you want a Montreal smoked meat sandwich any time of the day or night, you are set.
And contrast that with the suburban experience.
Any grocery store you visit will have a parking lot large enough to fit every car of every hooligan attending a BC Lions game.

The bagels? Pretty darn good circles of bread. And cheap too.
