As my regular readers will know, I recently collaborated with Men Werro of Leather Werk to design and have him create a beauty of an iPad-plus carry bag.
I also purchased an iPad carry bag from Marlondo Leather.
Yes, I felt a tad guilty about buying two separate iPad carry bags but the way I figured it, I would probably prefer one over the other and I could either gift one of them to my sister or sell it to someone in our Facebook Leather Appreciators group.
As it turns out, I am keeping both bags because they are so completely unique.
So what is it that makes these bags that seem so similar different? Their size.
The Marlondo Leather bag is the perfect size for when I am going out and all I need to carry is my iPad, wallet, small moleskine day timer and chargers or connectors. This bag has an ultra slim design that carries beautifully against my side.
Whereas the Marlondo bag is ultra slim, the Leather Werk bag (the size of which I specifically requested) is large enough that I can, and do fit a dossier of files inside it alongside my iPad, wallet, small moleskine day timer and phone/iPad chargers.
Both bags are beautifully crafted and of exceptional quality. Both of them will see regular use.
